My husband and I have lived here since August 2014. We have seen several Property owners and Management/staff changes. Each time we embraced the change with an open mind, with these changes we have seen many improvements and Artcraft has really done a great job with upgrades. I absolutely love living at Meridian Harbourview! It's quiet and in an awesome area. The staff are amazing and so are the amenities. I haven't had one problem here! I've lived here almost one year and plan on renewing for one more. Highly recommend this complex.
After calling and emailing them for 7 months about my security deposit. I finally got an email stating that I owed them 4x the amount of the security deposit. Found out from other friends that live there that they always charge erroneously. Please be careful if you are thinking or already live there
