be careful of Dr. Vivian Olti at this facility, she has an incest problem and she likes to abuse her patients.
I have been involved weekly for 104 weeks as a patient advocate, I have rivers of emails and documentation. In 2016 at the North Miami Beach location and later at the Miami Beach location.
