We had such a great experience with Meridian for our basement. We had an issue with water coming into our basement after heavy rain. We had Meridian and one other company come to give us a quote and Meridian was so responsive, transparent with their pricing, and we're genuinely really nice to work with. Also, we called them right after Ida in 2021 and they were so quick to come out, even though they were so incredibly busy. From the beginning, Bob explained exactly what would be done and gave me a fair estimate. The crew from meridian did a beautiful job and left my basement spotless. The guys began working at exactly 8am and were very communicative regarding when they would be working on plumbing. They were polite and efficient and the job was came out better than I could've expected. I would use meridian again without hesitation.
