I began working with this company as a commercial account and I set up a maintenance schedule with them. I required a service call for one of my machines. They told me the motor Needed to be replaced and that was over two months ago. They literally will not return my phone calls or emails (I have attempted communication, no less than 10 times). Beyond grateful for the work they have done for me in my family. They have never let me down, even when having last minute emergency’s.
