Didn't qualify for the research study. So they didn't pay me what the paperwork said I would get for not qualifying. They paid me 50 instead of the 150 that was stated on the forms. I don't think I will be doing another study with them. The previous time I had to call and ask for the payment. The paperwork stated that I would get my full payment. My first visit since they took over Meridian. I waited 45 minutes to go back, and one of the woman out front was a bit rude. She said I could reschedule, but not be paid for both times. Once I got back Amanda was quick and efficient.
Just completed an RSV study a couple of months ago and was told it abruptly ended and that we would not be getting paid for the last month's diary entries. Got the run around for weeks.
