If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a private sector business. They had one job to do - to provide a correct access code to enter the property - they failed at that! They make it like climbing Mt Everest to speak to anyone. I have yet been able to actually speak to anyone on the phone after numerous calls & texts. Nothing. I will be cancelling everything and taking my business elsewhere. Thalia was great helping me with renting my space. Great facility.
Very disappointed. Storing our RV with RecNation for 6 months and get notice they are converting our facility to an all covered facility and we will have to upgrade to stay there. This facility was perfect, both location and price, for us until this. When I first signed up at this facility I was not told of the plan to convert to an all covered facility.
