This place sucks so bad that I called in April 2024 to set up an appointment for major depression, I completed the 30 minute intake process over the phone and answered very personal questions about my life and history. They force you to see a psych resident who needs everything cleared by the "overseeing" provider. If you want to switch your appointment and see another "provider" there they tell you you aren't allowed. Understaffed office with residents who have no autonomy in ordering. Feels like I'm at a free clinic.

Checked in fifteen minutes ahead of my appointment with Katrina and gave her my paperwork completed in full ahead of time. Sat waiting in a CROWDED waiting room for over an hour until I finally got up to the window again, Apparently someone had “accidentally” marked me as a no show.
