I went in and bought a 2017 grand caravan. This was a little over a year ago. I meant to leave this review a while ago but was recently reminded of how awful they were when I was reviewing my loan. Went there yesterday wanted to get truck serviced and check before hitting rd. They found an issue and fixed it same day. Dominick was my advisor and he was on top of everything.
Bought used 2012 Godge Caravan from these guys. Jesse immediately drove it down from mountain home for us to see it same day. Van was in great shape. The salemens were all insightful and very fair, and we left confident that we made a good decision. Thank you guys, 5 stars.
Worst customer service ever. This is the worst vehicle owning experience I have ever encountered. The sales manager is a liar and will not do anything to make the customer happy, the service manager apparently had the same training. DO NOT SHOP HERE
