This place just got new management and is going downhill really fast. I was here for two years before the switch. The new manager thinks she is making this place better but in reality, the residents hate the changes she is making. We used to have access to the coffee machines 24/7 and then they changed it from 4 am-2pm. Also, don't expect to get responses to emails even if it's about who is permitted to enter your apartment. Raised my rent from $1750 to $2300 in 18 months for a small 1 bedroom. Had to call several times to get shower fixed, they fixed and it leaked all over the floor. They did me a "favor" by letting me extend my lease for 3 weeks until my military orders came through then charged me an outrageous amount because they miscalculated the amount in the office. I have been a resident for over a year and the place is falling apart. I have been without a working washer for over a month. No provocativeness to provide a better service and terrible customer support. I will not be renewing.
I am staying here from last one year, excellent place to be in, very comfortable and the maintenance is excellent.
I've lived here since 2003 when it was still the Warwick House. It's a great location, great upkeep, awesome community activities, long time (and awesome) concierges Shirley on weekends and Jeanette on week nights and the property manager Steve who has also been at the property for a long time.
Moved here last month and feel like we are staying in a 5 star hotel. Absolutely love it!!!
