Horrible time to live in this apartment. Been here almost 9 months and the entire time there has been renovations with 8 hours of hammering and banging the entire day. Which is horrible for people who work any other shift besides a regular day schedule.

Which is horrible for people who work any other shift besides a regular day schedule. Update: they gave us a renewal letter for our lease at an increased rate of 300$+ more a month during a pandemic. Isn’t that swell.
RecommendedThis place is amazing. Jay the front desk staff person makes it almost worth living here alone because she is so helpful and courteous. This building is a 4 minute walk to the Metro, 15 minutes walk to Old Town and 20 minutes walk to Del Ray. The maintenance is prompt, they are always adding amenities to the building and the people who live here are great. Highly recommend.
Too many maintenance issues during my 6 month lease. Apartment flooded three times in 6 weeks due to issues in apartments above mine. Previously, we lost hot water on two occasions and lost AC on the hottest night of the summer. All in the span of 5 months. This is not “luxury” living. I really wish they’d stop marketing themselves as luxury. This is a standard apartment...no luxury about it. If you want luxury go across the street to the Dalton. Staff is nice but too much disruption and chaos with maintenance issues.
Great place to live! Two min walk from the metro. Great staff and facilities. Very happy! Highly recommend!
