Lugar tranquilo y seguro para vivir
I really enjoy living here. Management is very responsive and approachable, as is maintenance. Only 4 stars because of frequency with which building has to turn off the water for repairs.

UPDATE 2023: Don't move in here. The rent might seem cheap, but the quality is too. This place is a dump. Roaches roam freely in the parking lot, mailboxes get broken into, homeless people wander around, animal feces all over the grounds...the buildings, pool area, are not up to code, and the entire complex is not at all ADA compliant (no ramps/wheelchair access, or handicapped parking). Worst of all is there are two entrances, both exit to Meridian Ave by the freeway, so cars are speeding by at all times. I have personally ... read more
All the managers, Ali, Gabriela, Rebecca and Jenney are all great! I really appreciate them and the work they do. It's been very nice living here. Even the maintenance are very friendly and do a good job. This place is very family oriented.
