I really enjoy living here. Management is very responsive and approachable, as is maintenance. Only 4 stars because of frequency with which building has to turn off the water for repairs.

UPDATE 2023: Don't move in here. The rent might seem cheap, but the quality is too. This place is a dump. Roaches roam freely in the parking lot, mailboxes get broken into, homeless people wander around, animal feces all over the grounds...the buildings, pool area, are not up to code, and the entire complex is not at all ADA compliant (no ramps/wheelchair access, or handicapped parking). Worst of all is there are two entrances, both exit to Meridian Ave by the freeway, so cars are speeding by at all times. I have personally ... read more

All the managers, Ali, Gabriela, Rebecca and Jenney are all great! I really appreciate them and the work they do. It's been very nice living here. Even the maintenance are very friendly and do a good job. This place is very family oriented.

I had scheduled a viewing with Vanecia, one of the leasing agents there, and she was super helpful in providing my housemate and I all the details we needed to complete our application! We had scheduled the appointment relatively last minute and did minimal preparation for the viewing, but she was able to book us quickly and we were able to see the beautiful units and have more information on the unit than we would have thought to ask on the spot.
