I can't say enough good things about MAP. I am seen at 2 different clinics, each have been absolutely great, from the front desk all the way to providers and management. I had 1 full round of TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) last year and had an incredible amount of improvement in my depression, as well as many other symptoms. I opted for a 2nd round after a dip in my progress, which is going even better than the 1st. I am a month out from finishing my TMS treatments. First off, there is not enough rave about TMS but also the care team for TMS was incredible! It is a huge commitment for almost 3 months but the benefits are amazing! If you get a chance with Vicki as the rep she is incredible and will do everything she can to help you get started. I love Hannah! She is so very easy to talk to and so very encouraging. She doesn't mind all my questions, answers them fully, offers options, and allows me to participate in deciding on my course of treatment. For example, when I decided NOT to take the prescribed meds, we discussed it, and she actually appreciated my concerns. I felt heard and understood. She is a lady of her word.
