If I could give a ZERO I would!! McKenzie is very unprofessional and has a very big ego! She has no compassion. Cannot speak to a supervisor there. They do not return phone calls either.

Okay, so first of all I do want to say the actual treatment I received was A++. The staff at MAP on Summit Way was fantastic. From the reception to the actual sessions, I was treated very well, and I think my provider, Nick, provided me great therapy. The reason for two stars off is this: the billing department. If you are on traditional Medicare with a supplement, just a heads up. I gave them all of my Medicare information including my supplement card, and yet they keep referring to my insurance as "Medicare of Idaho" on my... read more

At my initial appointment, I was extremely impressed with the MAP Team.. The front office had all the right insurance information (regarding coverage/patient responsibility) and my provider was more thorough than any other team I’ve worked with previously - as we discussed my circumstances, concerns, history and existing medications. I look forward to working with this team and feel more confident than ever that we will find answers together..
