STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!! CEO and leadership does not have a clue about safety and integrity. CEO is interested in filling beds at any cost to laws or regulations. Very Toxic culture, client neglect daily with no corrective actions taken. Need different staff that's familiar with the intake procedure. I was denied access and was told that they don't service the care that I asked for being that it's a far walk from my place of start.
I sent my son here for help to stop drinking. He checked himself in. He stayed one night due to the nighttime staff who were rude, disrespectful and truly don't care about the patients. He asked for water and shoes due to the disgusting condition of the floors and entire facility. They sat and ignored him thru the window and just continued eating and talking. They need to be fired. No one should be treated like a dog when they are there for help.
