They need to communicate better. They will never call you with updates and only send mail. They refuse to answer the phone and then don't call you back until its convenient for them. I had a pleasant experience in the building, but they always had an excuse for why I needed to make extra appointments. I drew the line at "schedule an appointment for special tests." only to arrive and have the doctor NOT be there, given the option to have a phonemail with results, and then called and asked to come in anyways. I am so happy with the treatment my son has received for his Keratoconus and dry eye. The entire staff is welcoming and they go above and beyond. Dr Youssefi is amazing!
This place continues to impress me each time I am there! They continually go above and beyond. Today was no exception, a deaf gentleman was there in desperate need of glasses however when his insurance would not cover the cost the staff chipped in to purchase his glasses. This was not necessary or expected but it is a true reflection of the kind hearts of the staff and a great example of what the Christmas season is really about. Thank you to the incredible staff and Paul!
