I live in Chicago and was in town visiting family and stopped and picked up a few poorboys to bring home. Haven’t had one in about 15 years. Still mouthwatering and delicious. We’re gonna have to make another trip soon. Loved them as a kid and was so happy to stop in again knowing the recipe is still the same and the sandwich is still delicious. The girls at the counter were sweet as could be and super friendly. Don’t get that much up here lol. Thank you guys. Can’t wait to stop in again soon.

Always a stop when we go to Joliet. The garlic poor boys are amazing! Twice baked potatoes and salad with Merichka's dressing are winners also. A nice, popular Joliet spot!
