Wonderful office with great personnel. My autistic son is very comfortable there and loves the atmosphere and care he receives. I also enjoy the coffee station. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice for parents (who don't accompany their children back to the cleaning/exam area) to have some face time with the dentist somehow.
With all the many patients Dr. Merhoff serves, I am impressed that she remembered my family and always has a refreshing demeanor that exudes a "small town" feel. Her entire staff provides the same continuity in kind customer service.
It was wonderful, as always, to see Dr. Tina. She and her staff always make sure we know exactly what's going on and what we can do to improve.
This was my sons first visit to a dentist. I wanted it to be a good experience for him so he would want to go back. Well, he wants to go back. The staff was very patient with him and always had his best interest in mind. Thank you for making his first visit a success!
All of the professionals that work with my daughter at Dr. Merhoff's are so very kind and caring. She is treated so well that my daughter looks forward to coming!
Dr. Merhoff and her staff are very contentious of each individual child's need during their dental visits. As a mother of 3 different children this is very important to me. My children have been completely at ease during their visits because the staff talk to them not at them. The kids feel as though they are an active part of their own care which makes them feel a little grown up. We love Dr Merhoff and her staff of amazing women!!!
As always a great visit. From scheduling the appointment to checking out, the staff and Dr. Merhoff are always so friendly and helpful. My son enjoys his time at the this office.
Lauren had to get three cavities filled. The friendly personalities of the dentist and staff helped ease her mind. She has always had a positive experience in your practice. Everyone is always so nice and comforting to her. She is never afraid to go the dentist.
Great kids dentist, very down to earth with the kids and treat them like part of their own families. Always there and ready to help when we needed them no matter when or what time. Thanks for being a great dentist.
