We’ve had a very frustrating experience with Mergo. When we moved into our apartment, it was in unacceptable condition - dirty, with mold, a filthy stove we had to hire someone to clean because they wouldn’t, a broken fridge, and other maintenance issues that should have been addressed before we moved in. So far we reported problems multiple times, but repairs were either delayed, never happened, or not done completely. If I could give 0 star I would. I never write reviews but I feel very stern on writing one. My recommendation is don’t rent from these people. They will never clean your apartment, the ceilings will have mold, they never come for maintenance requests and will lie about times and dates and never show up. They made fake shelves with tape. We stayed in a short term rental they were managing… generally responsive even on weekends when we ran into some issues (the property was a new listing and still had some kinks to work out). Overall a very pleasant and helpful team to work with.
MerGo manage a small multifamily property for us in Charlestown. They have been a pleasure to work with. Always on top of everything. Very organised, very responsive and importantly our tenants are happy. Thank you to Nate and the MerGo team!
Teries Bordomeo and Efrelyn Maghari are the worst communicators and have no concept of reality. They’re based overseas and they’re the ones that answer the phone if any management is needed at the property. They will ruin your quality of life and experience if you live at a Mergo property and have to deal with them. I’ve asked if I could speak to someone stateside and they’ve failed to even regard my request. Don’t trust this company don’t live at any Mergo property.
