Teries Bordomeo and Efrelyn Maghari are the worst communicators and have no concept of reality. They’re based overseas and they’re the ones that answer the phone if any management is needed at the property. They will ruin your quality of life and experience if you live at a Mergo property and have to deal with them. I’ve asked if I could speak to someone stateside and they’ve failed to even regard my request. Don’t trust this company don’t live at any Mergo property.
I've been using Nate as my property manager for my Boston house since 2024 and its been a very positive experience. He's an expert at what he does and every chance he's had to bring value I have been very impressed. I have referred him to other people in my network who have also said very positive things about their experiences with Nate. I can't recommend him enough if you are looking to rent your house/condo.
Mergo is wonderful to work with and fully trustworthy. They provide excellent professional yet personal service - highly recommend!

I signed a lease with MerGO in Boston on 8/19. They posted the amount due for me to pay on the portal, so I paid it on the portal. Then they told me in order to get my keys, the payment needed to be in the form of a cashiers check and that we would need to pay the amount AGAIN in this form if we wanted to get our keys on time. So I double paid totaling in $8000. I asked if a refund would be given once the payment on the portal went through. They said yes.
