Josh showed us a clean and well maintained unit, seems like a family oriented and community driven complex I can tell they care about their tenancy and conduct viewings in a professional manner. Thanks guys !
UPDATE building has a roach infestation, and people who let their dogs pee in the hallways. Don't move in! We haven't moved in yet, but we had a great experience at our viewing and with the application process. Joshua especially was very helpful and friendly! Made the whole process very smooth and not too stressful like moving sometimes is :)
I went to the apartment to do a walk in viewing and see, I've met the asst. bldg mgr I guess his name is Joshua Mendones, he's very friendly and helpful all the info we needed are discussed well. Thank you, Joshua!

I appreciate Patrick's professionalism and how quickly he responds whenever an issue comes up. He genuinely cares about resolving concerns and always works toward practical solutions. It's also nice to see the ongoing improvements and maintenance being made to the property. Thank you for your dedication and hard work.
