If I could give this apartment O stars, I would. Our upstairs neighbours caused a severe flood that completely destroyed our unit - walls, flooring, ceiling, and most of our furniture. Despite this being entirely out of our control, Patrick and the other landlords were extremely unhelpful and refused to properly assist us throughout the process. used to live in 650 Meredith Rd ne. All I can say is poor management. The manager Patrick is unprofessional and I just can't believe what he did.he changed my suit door keys while my couple staff in there. So disrespectful and annoying
