If I could give this apartment O stars, I would. Our upstairs neighbours caused a severe flood that completely destroyed our unit - walls, flooring, ceiling, and most of our furniture. Despite this being entirely out of our control, Patrick and the other landlords were extremely unhelpful and refused to properly assist us throughout the process.
