Very unprofessional management!
used to live in 650 Meredith Rd ne. All I can say is poor management. The manager Patrick is unprofessional and I just can't believe what he did.he changed my suit door keys while my couple staff in there. So disrespectful and annoying

Renting with Avenue living has been easy and comfortable. They are available when needed and will fix things right away. The apartment is clean and secure with all the amenities I need.
Now that I see the reviews it makes sense. I’m so glad that I just had a few minutes of dealing with these people than a long term rental. Couldn’t even get a viewing right, so unprofessional and lack of communication from within.
