Toxic Management, Terrible Facilities The management will gladly threaten you with their contracts. Told my roomate and me that they would hold the apartment vacant to continue charging us rent. Roach infestations are out of control and their contracted exterminators are worthless. Walls are paper thin and the entire building shakes when a semi passes. I am routinely awoken at 2am by dump trucks right outside my window. Absolutely terrible. You can find cheaper places with better facilities and management.
