Front desk girl was very rude! I can’t speak for the doctor herself because I didn’t get the opportunity to see her but the front desk receptionist had stink eye from the moment we walked in. I waited 5 months to get in to Dr. Hale, drove across counties to get there had to wait in 71 traffic so I called to let them know I’d be a few minutes behind, but no one answered the phone. I just moved back to the area a little over a year ago and Dr. Hale came recommended by a friend. She put me at ease right away and has been very helpful and kind at every visit. A very good choice in my opinion!!
Dr. Hale is hands down the best doctor I have ever been to. She is beyond sweet, patient, and personable. If she ever moved to another location, I am confident I would follow her wherever she went!
