We have home care in place for my dad 7 days a week. Both HHAs that come are great! We have Albert M-F and Antonio on the weekends. They both care for my father wonderfully and we are extremely grateful for their assistance & compassion!
Not a fan at all .
I would never ever recommend anybody to use their services. The scheduling coordinator Doreen is extremely rude and condescending when she talks to you. I’ve caught her in several lies about waiting for a home health aide because they needed my pre-auth from my insurance company when I called my insurance company and they had the pre-auth for four days already. I have missed several several appointments and important tests because the home health aide went to the wrong address and was late over an hour. I’m supposed to get o... read more
