The facility is great, and the nurses and doctor were amazing. However, the front older woman that’s a receptionist is terrible. She definitely needs to work on her customer service and the way she talks to parents.
Called to see if they take walk in’s or if they were full and the lady told me they were full and then hung up on me. Very poor customer service
Dr. Foster and the whole team are great!
