These 5 stars are for every dept except ER. The Drs in ER are sadly, as good as your insurance. . The ER should not have interns or inexperienced physical therapists anywhere close to triage. Just because my clothes aren't fancy and my insurance won't cover charges for a intern or a liar with a stethoscope doesn't mean it won't cover a required MRI or cat scan. Dr Smith, you weren't even in the room and you filled out my Dr report!! I came into ER with severe edema, high bp and shortness of breath. How do u diagnose that as ... read more

I had an appt today & ended up not being able to be seen bc of insurance issues. I was very embarrassed but the receptionist made me feel better about it by taking the time to talk to me & explaining my options. I appreciated her understanding & compassion. I wish I’d have asked her name.
