If there was an option for zero stars that is exactly what they would get. My loved one was deceived into signing paperwork to move to a locked behavioral health unit. There has been absolutely ZERO COMMUNICATION with family despite numerous requests and the appropriate documentation on file authorizing me to receive this information. I have been met with rude, defensive staff when inquiring about the program, treatment plan and how I can be an advocate for my family member. I went to the unit and had no problems they listened to me and my concerns they help me through a tough time in my life
Extremely uncomfortable and almost 0 actual treatment. Less like a treatment center and more like an empty space that they shove you into for several days then call it good.
I was having active psychosis and delusions. They showed me the door. Thx 🙃
