Cpap started wining on friday. Need prescription Had a face 2 face with Doc on Monday. Tuesday it quit completely. No sleep. Went to mercyone home shoppe Wensday, YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN ONE IS OPEN! RUDE clearly don't want business or care about customers.
We appreciate Emily taking the time selecting the compression socks right for my daughter & explaining the measurements to us. She gave me a copy of my daughter's measurements too. I definitely will be back for another pair. Thank you Emily for measuring my daughter for compression socks; They fit perfectly.
Do you not read your reviews? 3.4 is pretty poor, from personnal experience with customer service, real slow or no call back (2 plus days) employees have very poor attitude and don't really seem to want to be there. Anxious and in a hurry to get you in once they receive a new Rx for a cpap, after that poor customer service, won't return phone calls. Only seem to want to make sales of supplys and machine. Pretty poor representation of the medical field, I would be embarrassed.
Trying to get my CPAP machine supplies but I wasn't compliance with my insurance so I couldn't get my supplies for the month. Oh well my fault.
