I had a referral from my PCP, and missed their call. We played phone tag for 3 days and then I told them to call me at a specific time, in my last voicemail. They called me at that time, and the receptionist, Gabby I believe, was so sweet. I’m eager to meet Dr Johnson for the first time, and will update with my experience

I was wanting to try ketamine treatments for my drug resistant depression and was gas lit for weeks until they ( the intern and Dr Kang) ganged up on me to tell me they don't offer the treatments. An intern and Dr Kang wrote falsehoods about how I yelled at them. You gaslight me for weeks and I'm not supposed to be reactive? So now in my file I'm argumentative. I would not recommend this department to anyone.

They dropped me after a couple of “no shows” when they did not pick up the phone or respond to my voicemails. Could never get the nurse to call me back for a prescription pharmacy change. Yet they have the audacity to reschedule their appointments at the last minute when it suits them! My son also had his doctor changed and had to basically start all over. 100% would not recommend.

I would rather have all my teeth pulled without novicane than ever deal with this office again. Missed appointments, canceled appointments, dr. Kang "forgetting" about my appointment, no notice that my provider left until I checked their website when there had been no communication for an appointment that never occurred, diagnosed conditions belittled, questions about new diagnoses ignored...... the only reason I ever chose mercy is because my gp is a saint. I had a poor experience with this clinic. It’s one of the only psychiatric outpatient facilities available, so I was eager to schedule an appointment with one of their many providers accepting new patients. However, I was told I couldn’t be seen unless I had a referral from a doctor within the MercyOne system. My primary care provider is outside of this system, and despite spending money and time to get a referral from them, I was turned away.
