I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic due to the receptionist. I called twice in the same day, and both times she had a very condescending attitude and was rude and dismissive. This lack of professionalism made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and this experience alone makes me hesitant to return or even call back but unfortunately i have no other choice but to call back because i need to see the doctor.
