I called to ask If they had a walk in clinic they didn't say a word on the phone then transfered me to a robo call that hung up. Poor customer service pick another hospital.

I haven’t even been here yet. I only have an appointment and I already feel like I’m going to a super unreliable place for my medical care (neurology). I scheduled an appointment months ago, and confirmed it when I scheduled it. I get a call THE DAY BEFORE while I’m STILL SLEEPING to confirm, cancel or reschedule the appointment and the number I call to do so, is the mercy one information center. My father is in the cardiac ICU. They’ve forgotten to feed him twice now. He arrived at ER on day 1 at about 9am and was immediately put on a cot while waiting for a room. They forgot to feed him, all day. Not one meal. My mother eventually complained and they were apologetic and gave some other excuses. I was referred by my doctor for an ultra sound. I was told that they would call me to make an appointment but instead sent me a text to call them at the number they provided in the text. I have been trying to call the number but it rings busy every time or says that the number cannot be completed as dialed for the last 2 days! I even called my doctor office and transferred me there but ended up back at the doctor office and the call was disconnected!
