I went there in 2017 just to see a psychiatrist. I had lost Everything I've worked for & family, I suffered major depression & drank 2 bottles of wine every night. I was told I had to go cold turkey & sit in a classroom of others telling the stories of why they were there, I was the last one & after I told them I lost starting 2009 my sister, my marriage, my home, my credit, my dad, my mom, & 4 days later my job of 17 yrs (2 months before) the moderator said "well, we don't have to one up someone." 5 days later living alone ... read more

My husband waited a month and a half for his appointment, did all the steps to get in, set up a primary, went to intake appt. The nurse called before appt. asking for med list which we had already given at intake appt. zoom video didnt work on their end. When dr came on she had not reviewed file and apparently they had mistakenly set up 2 files, one with intake info, 1 empty. The only one she could open was empty. Terrible service ....they don't follow up on issues which are many.
