My son was admitted on his birthday due to breathing problems from croup. The nurses and drs made him feel so special despite him being sick and in the hospital on his birthday. The drs were very nice, knowledgeable and compassionate.
I tried to give birth vaginally with an epidural, they lowered the dose slightly during pushing so that I could feel the contractions. I pushed for 3 hours and was unable to make progress.The doctor(Dr. Shuchman) gave me three choices, 1) push for another hour and have a C-section if he was still unable to come out, 2) try the vacuum or just have a C-section.
