Overall not the greatest experience but hopefully it got to the result needed for the most part. Extra long wait times and I was the only one in the waiting room on a Tuesday morning. I waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes and then waited on and off for over an hour once in different rooms in the Urgent Care. I was at the urgent care for over 2 hours. Very friendly staff , I just think they're overwhelmed
Price gouging. Do not go. Child went for CT scan and they said they charged the areas average and what insurance finds as acceptable for high retail. I have high deductible, so guess what. I get the pay the 6400$ for a 530 scan that cash places charge in the area. Scan results turned into emergency surgery which was 12k. So 6k for a scan and no discount or cash pay available since it went to insurance already.
First time here and I don’t know why I haven’t been going here sooner! Tawana and Brittany were great and made my experience more memorable and welcoming! And Austin for having a sense of humor and very understanding! You all were amazing thank you!
First time ever using any Urgent Care and it was a great experience plus a bit of luck with little to no one else waiting? All the ladies were very professional & prompt from check in to actual diagnosis. I could have never asked for a bettter experience! Five Stars!!!
