First time here and I don’t know why I haven’t been going here sooner! Tawana and Brittany were great and made my experience more memorable and welcoming! And Austin for having a sense of humor and very understanding! You all were amazing thank you!
First time ever using any Urgent Care and it was a great experience plus a bit of luck with little to no one else waiting? All the ladies were very professional & prompt from check in to actual diagnosis. I could have never asked for a bettter experience! Five Stars!!!
Went to my immediate care and was referred to this ER. I was super happy with the service. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Knowledgeable and competent. I honestly don’t know how the interaction could have gone any better than it did. Thank you to the ladies working the ER on the afternoon of May 5th. Great job!!
ruptured a huge ovarian cyst and was showing signs of internal bleeding and they had me wait in the waiting room for like half an hour. idk but my lips were kinda blue and i was pale. but yes thank you for letting me wait while literally internally bleeding, since a kid hurt his arm and was crying.
