I went to the urgent care over a bad cough that I have had for a month & can not kick. I got right in the room but sat for 1.5 hours for the doctor to come in & the dr. tells me they have not control of who comes in, I can hear the people in the hall & they were not busy that early in the morning, I went out to the nurse station twice & they are all sitting there visiting.
