Every staff member I’ve talked to on multiple occasions has been extremely kind and helpful.
Everyone talks about the doctors in these reviews but we never mention the departments that support them. My review today is for the lab at 3401 N Perryville. It is hands down the best I have been to in the Stateline. Always clean and courteous, as should be the case. The techs and front desk are friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and they listen to their patients. This is rare, in my experience, when it comes to blood draws. They let dogs in the hospital!!!!! One of the most germ riddled animals there are. Doesn't seem to be very smart. You'd think doctors and nurses would know better, unless their trying to make people more sick!
Took my granddaughter to the urgent care for a fall to her face after getting off the school bus last October. Dr was more concerned about her being in the street (she fell off the curb into the street as we were crossing). He didn't put in 1stitch, which may have prevented the scar she has today under her nose.
