I cannot believe how many people are complaining about the process when you are a new patient that have to follow through with first injections. This is very common. They don’t just hand out medication like it’s candy. Also it is a thing with the insurance usually injections and imaging and therapy and meds. Had a cervical epidural today. And tell ya I’m tatted from head to toe. However don’t like needles. Specially after knowing the procedure. Oteng was amazing and all the nurses as well. I felt nothing. Took no more then 10 mins and I was done. Nurses had my Ginger Ale waiting as soon as I got back to my room. Nothing bad at all.
Haven’t even had my treatment yet and not happy or thrilled about this place. Have called me 3 times in the matter of 10 mins go ask me to change my time for earlier. After being told no. Since that’s the only time my wife could get off. Then calls back two more times. Asking to switch to different days and what not. Simply because the doctor don’t want to work late. Not my problem. The 1 star is for the receptionist who was very nice but this was the WORST experience I ever had in my life with a medical professional! Virginia Velazquez was rude and uncaring and even said I broke a federal law for trying medical Marijuana for pain. She lied on my medical summary and said I asked her for pain meds and I certainly did not! I was there as a referral from my dr. hoping to find other methods to relieve osteoarthritis. I will be filing a grievance for her statements on my visit summary that are absolutely fal... read more
