They asked me why I was here, i said I was just told to come here. They said that they could just offer me a steroid shot. I wasted money on copay coming here because my ortho can give me a steroid shot. We just talked about steroids the whole time, even though I kept saying over and over I wasn't interested. So based on the facts, i'm gonna have to give it a one star.
The Nurse Practitioner Valesques just wants to give you injections....no pain meds..no explanations why there is so much pain..." see a nuerosurgeon" NP said. I came out of there in tears, just because I'm a patient of OSF...she told me " go back to osf then" so rude!!
The doctors here don’t care about your pain or will even look at your chart. I moved to AZ where the doctors were amazing and actually treated me like a person and ordered test where they have proof that my pain is real. I had a consult with Virginia Velazquez she didn’t take my pain serious at all. I explained to her I’m just transferring care and she treated me like I only wanted opioids. She didn’t look at my MRI report and then stated I haven’t have IL for a while even after I explained to her I’ve been in AZ for years! ... read more
