Mercy Hospice was outstanding. Cassi, Candy, Jessica and Amy were compassionate and caring towards my Mother and me. Pastor Randy took the time to visit my Mom and offer her comfort. I was kept up to date on her clinical condition and scheduling. The CNAs were incredible.
Such a dedicated team of caring people from all walks of life, I can't say enough good things about this hospice!
When you are facing one of the worst times your family will experience, you need someone you can trust, someone who will support not just your loved one, but the entire family. Thank you to everyone at Mercyhealth Hospice for allowing my loved one to pass pain free and for always showing compassion, kindness, and respect. You encompass what hospice is meant to be.
The hospice care and bereavement team of Rockford Mercyhealth are outstanding. They were a Godsend during a stressful and grief-filled time. Their professionalism was equaled by their compassion, both of which were exceptional. I will always be grateful.
I cannot say enough good things about Mercyhealth hospice. Not only the nurses but everyone that helped us are the most compassionate, caring, helpful people that I have ever met. They were wonderful 24 years ago with my father and just as good if not better last year with my mother. I can honestly say they made everything so much easier for my family.
