Do they ever even answer the phone? Wait times are crazy considering they are never even busy. 20+ minute wait time every time i call! how am i going to get anything scheduled?
A waste of my valuable time and money. One star is too much. There wasn’t even an examination of my skin issue by the NP. She told me nothing I didn’t already know. she seemed rushed. I’m mad at myself for not following my first mind and canceling the appointment.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The worst receptionist on the face of the earth who is completely rude every time they call you. Their physicians are constantly on leave and they reschedule you several months out. I've now been waiting for 2 years for them to see me but instead they constantly call me every 4 months to reschedule because their physicians can't get with the program. I sincerely hope they get new staff. Myself and family will be switching to UW. WORST SERVICE EVER. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
