I know it's a dentist. But, I really can't say enough about how friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient yet thorough Dr Rempert and his entire staff are. Rarely have to wait. Everything is explained well.

Everybody was friendly and made me feel welcome. The dentist came in to see the x-rays and told me what was going to have to be done. He has a way of explaining what has to be done in a way I could understand,

I was just thinking this morning about my dental visit yesterday. While I have always had great experiences at Crystal Lake Dental Arts, I am one of those white knuckle visitors. However yesterday I was so happy to go for a much needed check up and cleaning. Imagine that... during a pandemic wanting to go to the dentist. I've been going to Dr. Rempert for over 10 years and have always found his staff and him personally concerned with my care and comfort. His attention to safety during the current public health crisis is thoughtful and calming.
