I and my family have been going to the Barrington Dental Wellness Center for twenty plus years now. Dr. Ferdkoff and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They are always on top of the newest techniques and use the latest technologies. This has continued with the adjustments they have made to ensure their patient's and staff's safety during the COVID-19 crisis, including using full protective gear, proper procedures and even air purifiers in every room. I was running out of time, had a problem and they saw me and helped right away.
During this 2020 Pandemic I felt comfortable within minutes of arriving and I have a health issue that requires me to vigilant. The first thing they did was to take the other patient from the waiting area that had arrived moments before I. They took this gentleman to the farthest exam room and then brought me back to my exam room so as not to pass the area the patient would have been in. A TOP NOTCH OFFICE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE...
This is the first place I have gone since the pandemic started that has made me feel totally comfortable with my surroundings. Grocery shopping, eating out, getting take-out, gas stations, restrooms, banks, ATMs...all are a trauma. Someone is not following the rules! My dentist office, of all places (some people don't like dentist offices) had me call the day before so they could ask questions.
