As always, friendly, thorough and very personable. That is hard to come by with a dentist!
As always, service was impeccable. Magda does an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She is genuinely concerned that my teeth are cleaned and lets you know if she sees possible trouble in my mouth! She is very pleasant and professional. Irina always has a smiling face and always congenial. I have been seeing Dr. Ferdkoff for over 20 years. He is the BEST DENTIST EVER!
It's been 10 years I am Dr.Ferdkoff's patient. He is truly the best. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and painless. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a patient oriented dentistry.
I'm traveling thru the area, and these folks got me an appointment on short notice. Thay got my new crown installed in one sitting. I couldn't have asked for more.

My cleanings at this office are awesome. The dental assistant/hygienist takes the time to really get the plaque off my teeth. I feel that my teeth are very clean when I leave, and their up-to-date X-ray machine shows me if I need a filling replaced (not just taking the dentist's word for it). Prices are average and reasonable (not overpriced for cleanings). Dr. Ferdkoff is very personable. I would recommend this dental office.
Fortunately the Doctor was able to cement the crown back on after it came off during the cleaning process. All is well :)
Year after year we have been coming back to this office and we love it. My now 7 year old trusts the doctor and we never have an issue when we have an appointment. We always know that there will be a minimum amount of wait (usually NONE). They are able to take us in at the scheduled time. Always friendly and nice. I usually have questions - and always get answers. Love the entire staff! At the same time office is very professional. It does not get better than that.
Overall excellent experience with the entire staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for thorough and professional dental care.
