An overburdened facility that can’t help patients in real time. It’s concerning to me, I would have to assume that cost management of staff hours is the reason of why they can’t meet the demand of the services they provide contractually to all us captives who pay a grand a month for MercyCare insurance. Where we must use them or they will not be covered by MercyCare insurance. I hope this gets better.

They don't even have a legit website to make payments or order CPAP or other supplies.The people that work there are nice, the corporation is worthless.
This agency only proved to make my situation worse, at my emotional expense. Though initially made hopeful they would provide support, through much-needed court assistance, in a repeated emotional and verbal abuse living situation, ultimately caseworker Robin Rhode's provable lack of effective listening and communication skills left me hanging and more stressed than before contacting this agency. I rent an oxygen mach. from them. Over a year now, i havent had any problems when i call for help or new hoses, or anything, they are there.. NEVER a bad time with them, They are Good People. I recommend them. Johnny
