We needed a family Dr and got hooked up a wonderful breath of fresh air Kristen Bockenstedt ARNP. She is really on top of stuff. Way to win back my faith in Mercy after what you did to my family's long time family Dr Bertroche, hope you don't do that to this awesome lady.
They could improve a lot on they're wait times, especially when you make an appointment & they're late calling you back 9/10 visits..other than that they treat us fine!
Dr. Boyles and all the staff were outstanding and we're very pleasant and concerned about me.. Dr. Boyles has a heart of gold and very compassionate. Very concerned about patients. He actually is the best doctor I could ever ask for. Everyone was very friendly....
