When you call them the receptionist acts like she is answering her own personal calls, rudely saying hello, no into like this is mercy wound care, nothing. And she is short, and does not try to help resolve issues like i needed to get in with my dr sooner because of my wound, and she told me I could only come in on certain day and at certain hour. Dr Orloff is the best wound care doctor i’ve ever dealt with he listens to, cares about and really helps his patients , i would recommend him for anyone that needs help with wounds . Thanks doc your amazing
Dr. Orlof and his staff are friendly and compassion and knowledgeable in treatments of wound care. I would recommend Wound Care Center to those who are looking for a wound care specialist.
I absolutely love everyone here, I had gone there for years, battling pressure ulcers from being paraplegic,Dr. Is very knowledgeable, friendly and a very amazing person, she was able to answer any questions I had and taught me so much in the process, and all the nurses and staff, to the front desk,they are all great people, highly recommend
