I showed up and they told me my nurse.Practitioner had to leave for an emergency but they got me in anyway and did everything they needed to. They were very professional and very nice. I highly recommend them.
Had an appointment at 11 and left the house at 9am. Ran into some traffic so called and told the ladies I was going to be late. I live in West Plains. Called when I was in Rogersville. They said if you're not here by 11:15 you'll have to reschedule. This is horrible customer service. It's okay for me to wait sometimes 30-45 minutes in the lobby to get seen by the Doctor but the Hospital can't give me a little extra time to get there. I'm shopping for another Hospital. Big Medical is Big Problems. They just don't care.
Wow!! This is not a caring place. If you need a specialist to care about you, don't even bother with this one. They do not care. They only care for your money. They do not care if you are in pain. They are very unprofessional. What a horrible experience 😞
Lack of communication delays care. Three weeks of no one being available to speak and no call backs. This is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this office as I wouldn't want anyone else treated this way
