FYI, APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED, and have been required for the last two years. That being said, if you call the same day, (or even walk in on occasion) the chances you will be seen the same day are pretty high. Yes, you may have to wait a couple of hours, or not even 30 mins, but with CT, X-ray, and Lab in house , plus most visits take less time than HALF of an ER wait time from beginning to end. I don't think that's a bad trade off. The staff if awesome too . Also, they do their best to work you in if they know you are out ... read more

not impressed with Mercy at all.Took my wife in for shoulder pains said the soonest they could see her was net day at 12:30. There was also a elderly lady that had fallen and they told her the same thing. I guess they need a new CEO.
