I really would like to know WHY there are not one doctor on stall in urgent care. We took our friend with a very swollen knee, couldn’t walk on it they X-ray it, put hot press on it that was painful. Gave him steroids but the nurse practitioner couldn’t give him anything for pain. So why don’t we have a dr onboard at all time so we can get the help we need an dearly pay for. It just stupid to me, this should of never happened.
