There are NO wheelchairs available at the doors, and the doors are not automatic. Interior direction signage is lacking. Currently reporting an issue with a provider. Will update based upon resolution. Update: a provider threatened to withhold medical care to a loved one if the loved one did not conform to and obey Mercy religious policy. 3 different people called me to explain and attempt to justify the threat! If just like to say people please don’t take your Elderly loved ones here, they are treated with the lowest amount of compassion and respect this place is absolute trash, I seen two to three situations tonight where there should have been urgency behind their actions… no compassion from them at all , when a situation arose their vibes were so negative like they could care less, I seen staff being short and snappy and eye rolling, it felt like everyone was a huge inconvenience for them! I hate it here!

I had a open compound fx to my ankle in May. I was so impressed with everyone. I felt that everyone there took such good care of me Thank you all of you.
