I have not enough words to describe how to appreciate the great service I have in Dr. Ram's office. Starting from the staff who answered the phone, to the office staff, especially LISA, to Dr. Ram himself, what a great people. The surgery team also are of tremendous experience and courtesy. You might say I am exaggerating, but I would like to visit them all again, not to go through another surgery, but to thank them.
I’m ten years post surgery and had a concern. I was welcomed in like a family member! I love everybody involved with my care, because that’s exactly how they act! INVOLVED! I am always worried about doctors and medical treatment, but they never fail to make every experience great!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ramachandra for many years now and I have always been treated with kindness and compassion. Dr. Ramachandra has taken my calls every time I needed him whether, it’s during or after work hours. He always tells me the truth whether it’s good or bad. I trust and feel extremely comfortable with him and his staff.
The staff is kind and I trust my surgeon he knows his stuff and very kind and concerned I wouldn’t trade Dr Ram for nothing in the world
