Billing department is terrible. They are very slow and continue to bill even after balance is paid. Refund due from overpaying, they replied it may take a couple of months to get your money to you. After 2 months they say they do not see a negative balance. Terrible customer service!
I was hurt very bad, they got me to the hospital and stayed with me until I was admitted!
