My name is Julie and was a patient for a cyst removal on my scalp. Very friendly staff. Everyone was very attentive to my need. Kalli was very polite and professional and hooked up my IV flawlessly! Dr Ahad and the anesthesiologist were both wonderful as well as the other assistants in the operating room. The whole procedure only took about 27min which was very fascinating! Before I new it I was in recovery of which the nurse there was awesome as well! Thank you Mercy Clinic for a great experience!
Dr. Shah is a very caring doctor who takes the time to listen and find solutions. He has a great bedside manner, and is truly kind. His nurse as well. Great customer service with follow up calls to see how you are doing. I highly recommend Dr. Shah and this clinic.

Very disappointed, they just don’t seem to care about there patients health. Don’t want to help in anyway. I’m worried how things will go in the future.
