The lady at registration is rude. She approached me as if she was annoyed and irritated. All I did was nicely ask her where …. Her tone is not welcoming and for the most part Mercy staff wherever it is have the kindest of people. This review isn’t for Mercy it’s for the the women that has a bad attitude right outside the Kats waiting room. Rough morning or not, it’s way too early for the vibes she’s giving out.
My name is Julie and was a patient for a cyst removal on my scalp. Very friendly staff. Everyone was very attentive to my need. Kalli was very polite and professional and hooked up my IV flawlessly! Dr Ahad and the anesthesiologist were both wonderful as well as the other assistants in the operating room. The whole procedure only took about 27min which was very fascinating! Before I new it I was in recovery of which the nurse there was awesome as well! Thank you Mercy Clinic for a great experience!👏🙂

Dr. Shah is a very caring doctor who takes the time to listen and find solutions. He has a great bedside manner, and is truly kind. His nurse as well. Great customer service with follow up calls to see how you are doing. I highly recommend Dr. Shah and this clinic.
Robin made all the difference in the world for my health and I'll miss her always. One of the best medical professionals I've ever worked with.
