This one star goes to the front office staff who are wonderful. Otherwise, I highly discourage anyone from bringing their animals here.
Awesome service and incredibly nice and hands on. They legitimately act concerned and that makes a world of difference.
Slowest place I've ever been to. They just leave you and your pet in the room, and your lucky if they peek in.
